Custom Shirt Order

Screens and printed fabric don't show color the exact same way, so the shirt may look slightly different than it does on your phone or computer. Sublimation and DTF printing can also shift shades a little from the digital file. Approval is based on the overall design, not a pixel-perfect color match.

It's your responsibility to check the size chart before ordering. Sizing can vary by brand, style, and cut, so a size Large in one shirt style may not fit the same as a Large in another. Because every shirt is custom printed for your order, we can't exchange an item because the wrong size was chosen.

Every garment is pressed individually by hand, so the exact placement, scale, and alignment of the design may vary slightly from the digital mockup. Small shifts are a normal part of custom production and are not a mistake or defect.

Sublimation prints the entire garment, and small white creases, minor fading, or tiny print gaps can appear near seams, collars, sleeves, or underarms where the fabric folds during pressing. These are a normal characteristic of sublimation printing, not a flaw, and are not eligible for a refund or reprint.

The mockup we send you is a visual preview of the design concept — it's not a literal proof of the exact final color, texture, or placement. The finished shirt may look slightly different from the mockup once it's printed and pressed.

You're responsible for sending clear, high-resolution photos and artwork. If an image is blurry, pixelated, dark, cropped, or low quality, it may print that way on the final shirt. We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by the original file you provided.

By submitting photos, logos, characters, or other artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it. You take full responsibility for any copyright or trademark claim that may come from artwork you submitted to us.

You must carefully review and confirm that all names, dates, numbers, wording, and spelling are correct before approving your design. Once you approve the design, we are not responsible for errors that were part of what you approved.

Your order includes up to 2 rounds of design revisions before final approval. This gives you room to fine-tune wording, layout, or photo placement before we move to production.

Revisions beyond the included amount may come with an added design fee. If you request a complete redesign after you've already approved the design, that may be treated and billed as a brand new order.

Turnaround time only begins once we've received payment, sizing information, your photos, and your design approval — whichever comes last. Turnaround is counted in business days and does not include weekends, holidays, shipping transit time, or delays from our suppliers.

Rush production is available for an additional charge. That fee moves your order to the front of the production queue — it does not speed up or guarantee carrier shipping times once it leaves our hands. Rush orders may also have limited opportunities for revisions due to the shorter timeline.

Deposits and design fees are nonrefundable once paid. They cover the time already spent designing and preparing your order, even if the order is later changed or cancelled.

Once design work or production has started, custom orders cannot be refunded. Your item is made specifically for you and can't be resold to another customer, so refunds aren't possible past that point.

If you cancel after work has already begun, you may forfeit your deposit or your full payment, depending on how much design or production work has already been completed.

We can't guarantee changes once a design has been approved or production has started. Requests made after that point may not be possible to accommodate, or may need to be handled as a new order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We'll need clear photos of both the item and the packaging it arrived in to look into it.

Wash your shirt inside out in cold water. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents. Tumble dry on low or hang dry — don't put it in high heat. Never iron directly on top of the design. Damage caused by improper washing or care isn't covered.

Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not a guaranteed delivery date. We're not responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier's hands and outside of our control.

You're responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned or lost because of an incorrect address you provided, a reshipping fee may apply to send it out again.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, we're not able to take responsibility for that — it will need to be reported directly to the carrier. We're happy to help provide tracking details for that claim.

We may photograph completed shirts to share on our social media, website, or portfolio. If you'd like your order kept private — which is especially common for memorial shirts or other sensitive designs — just let us know before your order is completed and we'll leave it out of anything we post.

Because each shirt is individually produced by hand, you may notice small differences between multiple shirts within the same order, like matching family or group sets. This is a normal part of custom, handmade production.

If the specific shirt brand, fabric blend, or shade you originally picked becomes unavailable, we may substitute a comparable option. Whenever time allows, we'll reach out for your approval before making a substitution.

You are responsible for giving final approval on your design proof before it goes into production. Approving the proof confirms that the wording, dates, spelling, colors, and placement are all correct exactly as shown.

Submitting payment or a deposit for your order confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to every policy listed here.
